北京塞隆国际文化创意园位于广渠路旁、交通位置优越、隶属于北京市双桥农场有限公司、是首农食品集团加快推动“腾笼换鸟”和转型升级，打造环五环“一圈一系”目标整体战略思路的样板园区。园区坚持“以创意为先导、以文化为内容、以科技为支撑”、带动园区在文化关联与产业运营上联动发展。同时积极拓展渠道，有效促进文化交流与输出，增强文化创意园区的文化属性。

Beijing theron international cultural and creative park is located at the roadside of guangqu canal, with superior traffic location, and affiliated to Beijing shuangqiao farm co., LTD. It is a model park for shounong food group to accelerate the promotion of "bird for cage" and transformation and upgrading, and to build the overall strategic idea of "one circle and one series". The park adheres to the principle of "taking creativity as the guide, taking culture as the content, and taking science and technology as the support" to drive the linkage development of the park in terms of cultural connection and industrial operation. Meanwhile, actively expand channels, effectively promote cultural exchange and output, and enhance the cultural attributes of cultural creative parks.

北京塞隆国际文化创意园前身为北京胜利建材水泥库，占地面积约70亩。园区改建完成面积约3万平米、2014年正式启动建设、2015年交付使用。园区在注重保留具有30多年历史的水泥库老厂区的建筑风格和工业元素的同时、还注入时尚元素、使传统的工业文明与现代艺术创意有机融合。

Beijing theron international cultural and creative park, formerly known as Beijing shengli building materials and cement warehouse, covers an area of about 70 mu. The reconstruction of the park covers an area of about 30,000 square meters. It was officially started in 2014 and put into use in 2015. In addition to preserving the architectural style and industrial elements of the old cement warehouse with a history of more than 30 years, the park also introduces fashion elements to organically integrate traditional industrial civilization with modern artistic creativity.

园区内独有的两条400多米长的铁路线保存完整，改造后可增加一列可移动火车，由不同时代或不同用途的车厢组成、建设为车厢餐厅、车厢咖啡吧等。同时结合项目自身极具特色的工业遗址物业形态和空间优势，打造以铁轨、火车、站台、仓库及大规模罐体等特色为背景、场景的数字化特色影视拍摄和制作基地。

The two unique railway lines with a length of more than 400 meters in the park are completely preserved. After the renovation, a mobile train can be added, which is composed of carriages of different ages or different USES, and built into the carriage restaurant and coffee bar. At the same time, combining with its own characteristic industrial site property form and spatial advantages, the project aims to build a digital characteristic film and television shooting and production base with railway tracks, trains, platforms, warehouses and large-scale tanks as the background and scene.
